FS2004 Tinmouse II Boeing 737-230 Aloha Airlines 60th Anniversary 'Funbird' RetroJet, registration N823AL Textures only. As part of its 60th Anniversary commemoration, Aloha Airlines has brought the groovy looking "Funbird" livery of the late '60s to mid '70s on one of its B737-200s. This is that B737-230, named "Liholiho", and has been re-painted in these retro "Flower Power" colors. This aircraft started her life halfway around the world in Germany. She was originally delivered to Lufthansa in January of 1984 and wore the Aloha Ailines livery for the first time in December of 1996. This aircraft is highly detailed and all hand painted, right down to the little flowers. I paid attention to detail and realism as much as possible with sharply painted details. This is a "textures only" package; you must have the Tinmouse 737-200adv base package and all patches installed (available here). Repaint by Jeffrey S. Bryner. This project rebuilds Rodrigues Island, Mauritius. Deenesh Suddoo's Sir Gaetan Duval Airport (FIMR) is included with permission from the author, and is updated slightly for alignment and full AI traffic compatibility. Landclass polygons and coastlines were hand-drawn directly from satellite imagery to provide the most detailed and accurate scenery currently available for this island. AI road and boat traffic is activated for the region. Accurate coastlines and road data, as well as corrected land and waterclass are provided based on the latest available satellite imagery. Scenery was created using Airport Design Editor X v1.61.5298, SBuilderX 3.13, and the FSX Object Placement Tool. Scenery objects were added and modified from stock FSX scenery to resemble as closely as possible the real-life images.
