vfr_gps_ger for FS9/FS2004 is a small .bgl file that adds VFR reporting points for all german airports (Pflichtmeldepunkte), you can use them as GPS waypoints, i.e. VFR reporting point November2 for Hamburg (EDDH) is named as DHVN2. By Reinhold Heise (2009). File size - 8K

The Stampe et Vertongen SV.4 (also known as the Stampe SV.4 or just Stampe) is a Belgian two-seat trainer/tourer biplane designed and built by Stampe et Vertongen. The aircraft was also built under licence in France and French Algeria. The SV.4 was designed as a biplane tourer/training aircraft in the early 1930s, by Stampe et Vertongen in Antwerp. FSX/P3D v3,v4 upgrade by A.F.Scrub.

A new cockpit setup and flight updates for the beautiful DC Designs RF-61 Reporter for FSX and p3D. VC gauges have been replaced with new ones. New radio, autopilot, and GPS windows for navigation. I have been flying this plane for the last couple of weeks.
What delight this plane is. The model itself has been made with
precision engineering... inside and out... I had initially wanted
to repaint the plane but instead decided to reveal what is under
the exteior panels. Complete aircraft as presented by the original
author but with texture by Francis F. Silva. 7.4MB
