Updated Lockheed XFV-1. After releasing v1, I compared my XFV-1 to the photos again and felt it needed fixing. Because I modeled 9 years ago when I was still inexperienced with FSDS. So I bulged out the canopy and the lower fuselage a bit. I also sharpened the spinner a little and installed the tail wing parts that I had forgotten. So Luckily the texture wasn't a large scale fix. I also fixed some other concerns. Improved flight dynamics and engine performance. Fixed autopilot lamp gauge XML. About the night display of the VC warning lamp, about the shadow of the propeller, adjustment of the specular map, etc. It was failing to land vertically on hard realism settings, but the success rate has been increased. FSDS 3.5 model by UENOSHING. Also works in P3D.

Wind-Information gauges for FS2004 aircraft. These gauge was written after a VFR ferryflight from Key West (Florida) to St. Johann (Austria). Often I missed wind-informations for higher or lower altitudes. Sometimes I have noticed, that if I will fly at an other altitude I will have tail wind instead of head wind. But this informations i could only got flying to this altitude and test it. By Andreas Widmann. 42K

HELIOS AUTOGYRO for FS2000 Helios Autogyro, a new engineering concept currently under development by Spark Design Engineering, Netherlands. The HELIOS is a two-seater tricycle-type gyrocopter that can be used for comfortable commuter or cross-country travel. It has a steerable nosewheel and brakes on both rear wheels. The craft can also be used as an ordinary ground vehicle. It has a maximum range of 300 nautical miles, a cruise speed of approx. 80 knots and a ceiling of 12,500 feet. Moving parts include: two ducted fans at the rear, plus an auxillary rotor engine placed above the canopy reach as well as a steerable nose wheel, rudders and elevators. This FS2000 model, designed in FSDS, is well-suited to learning the basics of flying relatively simple rotorcraft, before going on to more advanced rotor aircraft. All maneouvres specific to rotorcraft can be performed, including steady and controlled hovering and precise manoeuvring in tight spaces. File includes panel and sounds. This repaint depicts the VF-21 Freelancers CAG ("00") bird, circa 1994. The squadron was home in Japan preparing for their last deployment aboard USS Independence.
