This is the original Sabre with the standard elevator, as opposed to the 'flying tail'. These textures represent the F-86A-5-NA Sabre, 49-1318, FU-318, flown by (then) Capt. James Jabara while with the 4th Fighter Wing, 334th Fighter Squadron. On May 20, 1951 he piloted this aircraft, while temporarily with the 335th, scoring his 5th and 6th victories. These were accomplished even though his left droptank failed to jetison. The aircraft is fully animated: all control surfaces, opening canopy, airbrakes(spoiler key) Her loadouts are: Guns Only, Guns Only Long Range and Rockets. The droptanks are a selectable weapon and are released as such. (When flying with droptanks, they are automatically selected at takeoff.) The Lear45 folder is included for those who do not already have it instaled....it is necessary for default jet sounds. Installation is simple. Paste all files from the folders/subfolders of the download into the corresponding folders/subfolders of your CFS2 main directory. This is a final upgrade version of my original model of the Messerschmidt BF110C, which was used in the Battle of Britain. The primary improvement is a very detailed DVC by Bismarck13, William Dickens. The model has breakable parts and is multi-LOD for good FPS, It features full animation, except for the canopy, including steerable tailwheel. She has a nice 2-D panel by Paul Metcalf with AP,ADF and GPS panels. Her skin is from ZG26 by Sopwith Chameleon, who has done a number of alternate skins...all of which should fit this new version: http://sopwithc.wetpaint.com The 110C serves as a great player aircraft. She will also serve very nicely as an AI...and give you a hell of a fight. Installation: After unzipping the download, place the TR_Bf110_C folder in your CFS2/Aircraft folder, and place all of the gauges from the Gauges folder in your CFS2/Gauges folder. That's it. Follow the Hamathko river in a Cessna 208B while being buffeted around by strong winds and rain. Land at Scar Creek Airport and pick up cargo pods for some mountaineers camped on the summit of a nearby mountain. The flight to and from the camp is through dense storm cloud with zero visibility, rain, lightning and mountains on either side, so choose your flight path carefully by referring to the GPS terrain map and if you use the autopilot, select the correct vertical speed for the accent. If you take the wrong route you may come short. After successfully dropping the cargo pod return to Scar Creek, but make sure the route you take will line you up for the correct approach.

This is a reupload of Chuck Lawsen's earliar FSX update of Paul Clawson's Vultee BT-13 Valiant WWII prop trainer. However, this great model now features both a new reworked and improved VC with a lot more gauges and a new 2D panel matching the VC for the most part. New smoke has been added to the model too. Credits go to Chuck Lawsen for his FSX update and also thanks to the late Paul Clawson for the original model. New VC design and configuration and 2D panel as well as smoke effect by Michael Pook.

CFS2/FS2000 North American AJ-1 Savage. FSDS2 Model, air file, Aircaft.config, Panel, Textures. and Object_dp, by Jim Jacobson: Released as freeware-January 2004. The AJ1 Savage was a stop gap bomber used as a naval nuclear naval deterant between WWII and the arival of full jet bombers. It was part prop and part jet with twin radials on the wings and a allison turbo in tail. It never saw combat but was on ready alert and carried the MK15-Mk39 series of gravity nuclear bombs from the decks of US Carriers. After the arrival of Full Jet bombers the AJ Savage series was refitted for naval Tanker duty. The AJ Savage was decomishioned and saw its last action as civilian Fire bombers.
