Soc Trang Airfield, Vietnam, Late 60's era.
A model of Soc Trang Airfield, a strategic combat support base
in the Mekong Delta about 2km southwest of Khanh Hung. Soc Trang
was originally a World War II Japanese fighter base. In 1962
it became the first USMC airfield in South Vietnam. The HMM-362
squadron flew UH-34 helicopters. After the marines relocated
to DaNang AB, they were replaced by the US Army's 93rd Transportation
Company and 121st Aviation Company (T-28s and A-1Es). They were
known as the "Soc Trang Tigers." A real tiger named "Tuffy"
was the base mascot. This scenery was designed for FS 2002 but
it should work in FS 2004. George Knowles. 225K

Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My seventh paint resembles a future 313 Sqn livery, located at Volkel AB, The netherlands. Nowadays the 313 sqn is a fully apreciated Volkel AB inhabitant and will host the NATO Tiger Meet 2010. With the 313 Sqn in F-35A colours hope is set the Sqn will survive along with the other remaining RNLAF Sqns in a cloudy, uncertain and troubled future. This livery is in regular 313 Sqn colours. You need the excellent payware Lockheed Martin F-35A by Dino Cattaneo in order to use this repaint. Enjoy!

FSX DD-993 USS Lawrence Texture

This is a repaint for Bruce Fitzgerald's DD-445 USS Fletcher in USEC's PTG Texture. This is an acctual unit in USEC. I am with USEC (Unity Security Force) which is the most accurate Virtual Military there is. This is the PTG's (Pacific Task Group) texture for it which I made.It is named DD-993 USS Lawrence. This is NOT a ship that we use, but is just a personal project of mine and for the fun of others.

This P-3 series is an FSX legacy version.
The VC reads the default B747. You may disagree with this technique, but only download it if you can tolerate it.
There are some changes to the model for MSFS2020, so it doesn't make sense to use it with FSX or P3Dv4.
Includes new light effects and installation.txt.
What you can and cannot do.
Gimmicks made with FSX and P3Dv4 cannot be used.
The engine cannot be restarted or cold started.
You can stop the engine individually, but you cannot feathering. (The propeller pitch can be moved depending on the setting.)
Autopilot and autothrottle conform to B747.

The Supermarine Seafire, or Sea Spitfire (the official name), was a naval development of the Spitfire, and was the first modern carrier based fighter fielded by the Royal Navy. The Seafire F Mk XVII was a modified Mk XV; the most important changes were the teardrop canopy, reinforced main undercarriage which used longer oleos and a lower rebound ratio. This went some way towards taming the deck behaviour of the Mk XV, reduced the propensity of the propeller tips "pecking" the deck during an arrested landing and the softer oleos stopped the aircraft from occasionally bouncing over the arrestor wires and into the crash barrier. This is a new model by A.F.Scrub. It is fully working in FS2004 and FSX.
