This package includes textures for the payware VRS F/A-18E Superbug. You will need to purchase this product to use these textures. The textures are a representation of a CF-18 with the 50th Anniversary livery for the 4th Fighter Wing. The Canadian Air Force has never flown this paint scheme on a E model Hornet. The scheme is real, but was probably on a CF-18 A model. Anyway, I enjoyed creating this repaint and I hope you also enjoy it.

This is a repaint pack for the UKMIL CH-47D Chinook. The Boeing Vertol CH-47 or model 234 Chinook is one of the world's best heavy lift helicopters. This package represents civilian and military operators of the CH-47D for Aerial Firefighting. The Chinook has been proven in the aerial firefighting arena as a firefighter transport, supply/utility, and fire suppression platform. In it's firefighting configuration it can be equipped with a 1,000 gallon bambi bucket under the fuselage, or a new roll on style internal tank capable of holding 2,800 gallons of water or fire retardant. The tank's snorkel system is powered by the powerful turbines of the Chinook and can be refilled in under 60 seconds. Similar to the S-64E Skycrane. This pack does not include either of those modifications unfortunately, it is just the repaints. Repaints represent Billings Flying Service, California Army National Guard, Columbia Helicopters, Coulson-Unical, and Helimax Aviation. This is a further improved version of Michael Pook’s offering of the same aircraft. He subsequently have located a very old texture set that I suppose was meant for a similar package like this one; but that texture set was unusable as the textures in that set differed totally in compilation to the ones of his offering. I have therefor, on his request; done the adaptation of those textures in order that they can be used with this package…it was quite a challenge. I went and further updated the texture set of both the texture set from his offering as well as those from the adapted one as far as colour continuation goes for the set that came with his offering as there were too many colour-hue differences between the fuselage, wings and stabilizer’s colours. And about the adapted set that I did: I colour-coded the engine nestles to coincide with the colours of the main upper-wing’s colours. I also wrapped-over the camouflage pattern of the sides of the fuselage to the upper section thereof to complete the picture. I also re-textured the insides of the plane to the best of my abilities as those pink-ish interiors just didn’t do it for me. I trust that you will enjoy this old package that he and I have tried to blow some new life into.

The package features several updates for the CH-34, recently uploaded by Michael E. Roberts (required), to make it work properly in FSX Acceleration. The glass is now transparent, the sound is working now and a new basic VC (with non-functioning gauges)as well as smoke effect have been added. Updates by Michael Pook.

FS2004 Piaggio P-149CH Swissair Textures only. The Piaggio P-149 is a trainer-laison aircraft. It first flew in June 19th, 1953. I'ts a development of the P-148 model, with increased seat capacity, tricycle retractable landing gear and a more powerful engine, featuring a three-bladed constant speed propeller. It was mainly used by German Luftwaffe (P-149D) as a training aircraft. The P-149CH variant was used by Swissair as flying school (Swissair Luftverkehrsschule).
