Like many other surplused out military aircraft, the Beech Expeditor saw service in the private sector after the war. This represents a C45F converted for use as a corporate aircraft in the days before business jets. Original aircraft model by F. Giuli, repaint and sound package by Don Brynelsen.

FSX/Acceleration/P3dV3 Lamborghini Countach LP500S. This was one of the most exiting serial produced super sport cars of that era, built between 1982 and 1985. The model has a photorealistical 2D panel and a matching VC. The special gauges, effects and lights are made by Pierre J. Carosin. The FSDS 3.5 models with panels is made by Erwin Welker.

She is one of thirteen ships of AIDA cruises (German branch of Carnival cruises) and has a length of 252 m, runs about 23 knots and has a capacity for about 2400 passengers. The package contains a pilotable boat with 2D panel and a virtual navigation bridge plus an ai-version. The pilotable vessel provides twentyfour cameras which let you explore all the sun decks. This scenery improves the North Bay Airport(CYYB) considerably, adding all its buildings as of 20140326, taxiways, signs, parked planes, helicopters, cars, etc.
It also includes the "Government" Docks, as they are called, because they are a landmark and used as reference by VFR pilots.
The package also includes the Manitu Islands in the middle of Lake Nipissing, totally missing in FSX.
