FS98/FS2000 Orbital Lockheed L-1011 commercial transport aircraft modified to carry the air-launched Pegasus rocket and the air-launched X-34 reusable rocketplane. Marshall Aerospace of Cambridge, England performed the modifications, removing unnecessary equipment such as passenger seats, reinforcing the internal wing structure and adding Pegasus support equipment. . The Blackburn Roc was a British - built Royal Navy dive bomber / fighter..It was built as a development of the Skua (also as a carrier based aircraft) and first flew in 1938. In all 136 were built having been ordered before its first flight.Delivery to the Navy started in 1939 but squadrons disliked the Roc claiming it was inferior to the Skua. In 1940 Rocs were relegated to air-sea rescue and target towing duties before being withdrawn from service in 1943. A floatplane version was originally planned but the prototype conversion proved unstable and crashed and no further production was carried out. Also the addition of floats cause a serious decrease in airspeed on what was already a relatively slow out-dated fighter. Modelled by Dave Molyneaux.

This is a further improved version of Michael Pook’s offering of the same aircraft. He subsequently have located a very old texture set that I suppose was meant for a similar package like this one; but that texture set was unusable as the textures in that set differed totally in compilation to the ones of his offering. I have therefor, on his request; done the adaptation of those textures in order that they can be used with this package…it was quite a challenge. I went and further updated the texture set of both the texture set from his offering as well as those from the adapted one as far as colour continuation goes for the set that came with his offering as there were too many colour-hue differences between the fuselage, wings and stabilizer’s colours. And about the adapted set that I did: I colour-coded the engine nestles to coincide with the colours of the main upper-wing’s colours. I also wrapped-over the camouflage pattern of the sides of the fuselage to the upper section thereof to complete the picture. I also re-textured the insides of the plane to the best of my abilities as those pink-ish interiors just didn’t do it for me. I trust that you will enjoy this old package that he and I have tried to blow some new life into.

FS2002/FS2004 Mitsubishi Ki-15 "Babs" Kamikaze Version. The Mitsubishi Ki-15(Kyunana-shiki sireibu teisatsuki) was a Japanese reconnaissance aircraft and a light attack bomber of the Second Sino-Japanese War and Pacific War. It began as a fast civilian mail plane. It was a single-engine, low-wing, cantilever monoplane with a fixed tailwheel undercarriage; it carried a crew of two. It served with both the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy (as the C5M). During World War II it was nicknamed "Babs" by the Allies. Kamikaze(Kamikaze-go,registration J-BAAI) was a Ki-15 aircraft, sponsored by the newspaper Asahi Shimbun. It became famous on April 9, 1937 as the first Japanese-built aircraft to fly from Japan to Europe. The flight from Tokyo to London took 51 hours, 17 minutes and 23 seconds and was piloted by Masaaki Iinuma(1912-1941), with Kenji Tsukagoshi(1900-1943) serving as navigator. by Kazunori Ito.

FS2004-Kawasaki KI64 Rob-High altitude fighter. The Ki.64 had a contra-rotating propeller coupled to tandem mounted engines and equipped with an evaporative cooling system. One engine in the front and the second rear of the cockpit. First flight in Dec 1943;the prototype was damaged during testing.
