This is an updated and improved version of Barry Blaisdell’s (PAD) ‘FS9_AST_DHC6_Amphibian.zip’ package of 2006. I have some beautiful snaps of a Twin Otter that operates in the Maldives and when I stumbled across this package I knew I had to do a texture set to depict it. This package includes Barry's original texture and my all new Maldives one. I have tweaked it for use in FSX. I just can't get it to remain still in the water while at idle - if someone have a solution, please drop me a mail with a fix?

This mission takes place in Tahiti. It has been discovered that an illegal weapons factory is operating somewhere on the island. Fly a DC3 to a jungle warfare training camp where you will pick up paratroopers. Locate the factory, drop the paratroopers to apprehend and evacuate the occupants then fly back to Tahiti Intl.and switch to an F-14D Tomcat armed with bombs. Fly the Tomcat to the factory and bomb it out of existence. You will then have the choice of either landing safely at Temae airport on Moorea Island or taking the risk of landing on the aircraft carrier in the bay. You will need Accleration for this mission.

Mont-Tremblant International Airport (CYFJ), located in the Laurentians mountains in the Canadian province of Quebec north of Mont-Tremblant ski resort near the tiny town of La Macaza. The airport is part of an old military base used during the cold war. It was used as a Bomarc missile base and was later turned into a federal jail. Since then, the airport was repaved (longer and wider) and a terminal was added with international flights from Porter airlines bringing in tourists from New York and Toronto during the ski season. Volume 23 consists firstly of a small grass strip Audley End X3AE, 1nm Southwest of Saffron Walden. Second is Beccles EGSM, 4nm Eastsoutheast of Stowmarket and 5nm North of Ipswich. This was once a helicopter terminal for the North Sea Gas Fields and was made at the request of Gerry Francis who used to fly from there. Finally I offer Gamston EGNE, the bustling regional airport of Retford which is 2nm to the North.
