Boeing B-47 Stratojet Multi-Variant History Package for FS9 (FS2004). This package celebrates the service career of the Boeing B-47 Stratojet, one of the most important U.S. Air Force aircraft of the 1950s and 1960s, and the plane that set the pattern for generations of later bombers and jet transports. Included are twenty models, depicting the XB-47, B-47A, B-47B early and late, TB-47B, WB-47B, XB-47D turboprop, B-47E early and late, EB-47E Air Force and Navy, WB-47E, QB-47E, RB-47E, NRB-47E, RB-47H early and late, and RB-47K, three panels, two sound sets, and thirty-four authentic skins depicting the B-47 in the colors and markings of the Strategic Air Command, Military Air Transport Command, Air Training Command, Air Research & Development Command, Air Materiel Command, Air Proving Ground Command, Systems Command and the U.S. Navy. This is my first sojourn into scenery objects and was prompted by the need of an object which was not available. In the end that led me in to doing that one and doing other objects for fun and so here is my first library for my fellow simmers to use and I hope to enjoy. Feedback is always welcome. However, I would not be publishing anything at all if wasn't for the help and advice I received from the walking encyclopaedia that is Mr Peter Broom so thank you Peter for testing all my models. In addition; it would be remis of me not to mention the author’s and their books that I referenced to ensure I got my models reasonably accurate, British Military Airfield Architecture by Paul Francis and Graham Buchan Innes and his British Airfield Buildings Vols 1 & 2.

This sequel to the 2009 Kigali Intl (HRYR) Rwanda scenery (by Jacques Botha and Frits Beyer) brings it up to date with the current layout and enables full compliance with FTX Global/Vector and FSX. Buildings are added and adjusted to their real-world locations, and the new taxiway and south apron are added according to the May 2016 satellite imagery. In addition to real-world gate locations, custom apron markings are added along with apron lighting. The landclass around Kigali is also updated, and SRTMGL1 (30m) mesh is included. This scenery can be complimented by the Goma (FZNA) and Gisenyi (HRYG) scenery (FSX_FZNA-HRYG_CS.zip), and GA flightplans are included to supplement the commercial traffic at Kigali and provide more activity at FZNA and HRYG. Updates were created or rebuilt in a manner which carefully aligns airport data with current satellite imagery. Scenery was created using Airport Design Editor X v1.70.6042, SBuilderX 3.13, and the FSX Object Placement Tool. Scenery objects were added and modified from stock FSX scenery to resemble as closely as possible the actual airports. The FSX apron lights included are from the set created by Jim Dhaenens.
