FS2002 pro 'Restored' P47 Thunderbolt. This aircraft represents a restored P47-d along with an updated panel for modern navigation. Vast numbers of p47's strafed and bombed throughout the european and pacific theaters until the end of world war two. Republic's output of D models (12,602) is the largest total of one subtype of any fighter in history, total production of the "jug" amounting to 15,660. After World War II this aircraft was popular with many air forces untill well into the 1950's . The Tupolev Tu-128 (NATO reporting name Fiddler) was a long-range interceptor aircraft introduced by the Soviet Union in the 1960s. The official designation was Tu-128, but this designation was less commonly used in the West. It was the largest and heaviest fighter ever built. This is the native FSX package LLS posted at Simviation some time ago, now with newly designed and more authentic VC and 2D panels. Thanks to him for his conversion, which made it possible to install a functioning VC. As his choice of the Alphasim Tu-22 VC does not really reflect the real Tu-128 cockpit I've now installed a more realistic one with the pilot and the observer in the rear seat based upon the excellent 2D panel by Sandim of Avsim Rus, so all credit for it goes to him. Additionally, I've added functioning vc light and automatic exhaust smoke and afterburner. All credits go to Dimitry Samborski for the original model, to LLS for the FSX conversion and to Lazerbeak and Y.T. for the extra paints. New VC, 2D panel modification and effects by Michael Pook.

Percival K3 Vega Gull. Version fixed and tested to work in FSX/P3Dv1-3. The next development in the Vega Gull was the series 3 (or K3) model. A redesigned windscreen is the most obvious change as well as the loss of the overhead rear passenger windows. K3's were fitted with CSU operated Gipsy Six II or Gipsy Queen II & VP Props. This model tries to represent C/n 105, one of 8 ordered by the Air Ministry & taken on charge by 24 Sqdn Hendon in April 1939. She survived WWII & was sold to Essex Aero Ltd in 1945 becoming G-AHET. The paint scheme depicted as P5989 is shown here, having been totally re-textured under instruction from Nigel Richards, & with a lot of experimentation by me, to try and acheive a more realistic silver paint finish. (I think it looks better in FSX). Nigel also kindly let me use, as a basis for my male occupants faces, his, as used in his Avro 621 series models. G-AHET passed through various other owners, the most famous being Mike Hawthorn, the racing driver. She seems to have met her fate with Noel Husbands, being badly damaged in a forced landing in May 1960. Will work in FSX and P3D up to v3 (Not v4). 2d panel but no VC. Keith Paine
