FS2004 Douglas DC-3 Three Fuel Tank Automixture Gauge For three-tank operation, this gauge may be of interest to those pilots who like to fly without checking the "Enable automixture" function in the "Aircraft/Realism Settings" pull-down menu, but want more DC-3 realism than can be achieved with FS2004's simulation of mixture control. It requires prior installation of Beaumont and Bitzer's Douglas DC-3 Three Fuel Tank Modification, to be found in DC3_3TK.ZIP. Its purpose is to replicate the auto-rich and auto-lean settings on the mixture controls, including a fully functional mixture control. Its calibrated range of operation is from 3000 to 12000ft. density altitude. In the auto-rich position, it approximates the checked "Enable automixture" setting on the "Aircraft/Realism Settings" menu. In the auto-lean position, the mixture is leaned to increase the exhaust gas temperature about 30 degrees K. from auto-rich, and will increase achieved miles per gallon. FS2002 McChord Air Force Base (KTCM) Near Tacoma, Washington, this scenery is a fair representation of McChord AFB's ramp area. Several custom built hangers, including the large double round top hangars needed for the bigger C-17's stationed there. This base also has a ANG Reserve C-130 unit and a busy transient ramp with a couple of F-117's and a Marine HH-46 passing through. Includes night textures and four start up locations. Nothing bigger than a C-130 at the transient ramp start up location or you'll scratch the paint on the Marine -46 (bad thing). Static aircraft can be easliy elminated if desired. Livery for the Derek Palmer de Havilland Dove V1 This is a repaint (textures only) for the de Havilland DH104 Dove by Derek Palmer et al ( here). The textures depict OY-DHZ in seventhies. OY-DHZ is a Dove 6, with two 400 hp Gipsy Queen motorer, its build on Hatfield, UK in 1956. It came to Denmark in 1969, were it was flying 10 years before it was deleted from register. It was owned by Cimber Air, Sønderborg, were it was flying passengers. When Cimber could´nt use it anymore, they gave it to Denmarks Flying Museeum. Repaints by Claus Vendelboe Holmberg. 2MB
