Banshee (Tanks) update for FSX

This is an update for FSX of the Banshee
previously updated by A.F.Scrub. I have
given the 2D panel a slightly different
background and changed quite a few things on
it, like adding a tail hook light to both
panels. This is the tanks version of the
aircraft. I separated them because there are
more things that needed to be changed than
the wing lights being in different places for
each aircraft. I have updated the flight
dynamics and added a launch assist section
for carrier take off assistance. I have also
included a carrier practice flight for easy
access to practice carrier operations.
