The Sukhoi Su-11 first went into service in 1962 as a replacement
for the ageing Su-7 and Su-9, and benefited from its predecessors'
extensive combat history in other Warsaw Pact countries. Aircraft

based on the SU-11 Fishpot by Alpha Simulations 2001. F-4 Panel by

CFS2 Russian twin engine light bomber 1941. The Pe-2 was a
fast twin engine light bomber used by the Soviet Union during the
Great Patriotic war. Unlike many of the Russians obsolete aircraft
the Luftwaffe found the Pe-2 difficult to catch and destroy. The Pe-2
was continually upgraded throughout the war . Eventually 11,426 of
