"TomProps" v1.5 Red, White, and Blue Tips. FSX varying transparency propeller texture 10-packs with red, white, and blue tipped prop blades. These are freeware FSX prop textures that work in FS2004 as well. Enclosed are two 10-packs... one in Bitmap format, the other in DDS format, so you can use whichever format you prefer. Each 10-pack contains 10 identical red, white, and blue tipped propeller textures, each one varying in transparency, with #1 being the most transparent and #10 being the least transparent. I prefer the mid-range transparencies of #3 thru #5, but that's just me. As in real life, there are no visible prop blades fluttering around to give you vertigo and seizures. I place no restrictions on these prop textures... anybody may use them for any reason they please. By Tom Tiedman

CYCD (2012) is an update to Ken Peter's CYCD Nanaimo-Collishaw Airport (Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada). The airport has recently completed a major runway extension and installed an ILS for Rwy 16. The five flashing-red beacons that guide the way on a night approach to Rwy 34 are included. To the extent possible, this update reuses Ken's custom buildings and objects (but you don't need to have Ken's version installed). As well, a selection of SAMM-generated static aircraft are scattered around the aprons supplemented by a number of AI aircraft that do touch 'n gos from time to time. CYCD (2012) is compatible with ORBX FTX USA Canada Pacific Northwest and both versions of Ultimate Terrain. Generally, this new version is visually identical to its predecessor - even though quite different internally. As well, to the extent possible, it is compatible with Prepar3Dv2. (v3.03 fixes a vehicle texture issue in 3.02)

North Eleuthera Airport (MYEH) - The Bahamas. Northernmost of three airports on Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas just east of Nassau. The scenery includes custom scenery objects; placement of library objects and landclass changes. Scenery is based on Bing Maps, Google Earth and photos taken locally, and it is optimized for use with UTX-TAC. By Art Poole

"imp" means imperfect, as other mesh I have already processed is of areas that have very little vegetation cover - over the land, or has large urban areas. This "imp" mesh will include some slight discrepancies of altitude (in the case of forested areas - by a magnitude sometimes of +15 metres-depending on how tall the trees are, in the jungle or forest canopy) over urban areas, or areas with a lot of vegetation cover - due to the limitations of the ASTER satellites infra red scanning cameras, and the software used to process the DEM data. Areas where there is little vegetation cover, or non urban areas, the terrain should have truer values. But I feel this ASTER DEM data is so good - why let it all go to waste - especially flying over lovely Pacific islands? So you FSX users out there will have to take all this into account when using this mesh. Grateful thanks to ERSDAC, and NASA for making this data freely available to the public. CFS__ P_38m "Night Lightning". The P-38M, a dedicated night fighter derivative of the P-38L. The P-38M Night Lightnings were a factory design which followed a number of successful field conversions in New Guinea and Guadalcanal, where P-38Fs were fitted with SCR-540 or APS-4 search radar. The P-38L to M rebuilds involved fitting a cramped 'piggyback' radar operator's station aft of the cockpit, under a bubble canopy, and mounting an AN/APS-4 air intercept radar in a cylindrical pod under the nose, the mounting derived from the standard wing pylon. Seventy five P-38L-5-LOs were rebuilt to glossy black P-38M-6-LOs in late 1944, and deployed to the Pacific theater in 1945, too late to score any kills. This F-Sim Model has fictonal markings.
