The Fiat G.18 was an Italian airliner developed in the mid 1930s. It was a conventional all metal low-wing monoplane with twin engines mounted on the wings. The cabin seated 18 passengers. It was used, since 1937,by Avio Linee Italiane in European routes and, after June 1940, by "Nucleo Comunicazioni Avio Linee"(the militarized airline) and by Regia Aeronautica (Royal Italian Air Force). FS2004/FSX Savoia Marchetti SM.79 Sparviero Package (V.01). It was the most important Italian bomber of World War II, this tough three-engined aircraft established a reputation that contrasted with most Italian weapons of the day, and it was flown with courage and skill. SM.79s served widely in the normal bombing role, but it is as a land-based torpedo bomber that the type deserves its place in military aviation history, being regarded by many as one of the finest torpedo bombers of the war. The basic design continued the company's tradition of mixed construction with steel tubes light alloy wood and fabric (this being the only way to produce in quantity with available skills and tools); in spite of its cumbersome appearance and outdated construction, the S.M.79 was a rugged, reliable multi-role medium bomber which did quite a bit of damage in the face of heavy opposition. About 1,300 production models were built over a nine year period. They had internal provision for 2,750 lb (1,250 kg) of bombs, supplemented by under fuselage rack for a torpedo. The SM.79 had a distinctive 'hump' on the upper forward fuselage, which housed both the fixed forward-firing heavy machine-gun and the dorsal gunner's position. Its appearance earned the aircraft the nickname 'Gobbo Maledetto' ('Damned Hunchback'). Post-war surviving SM.79s were converted into various versions of utility transports during the last phases of the war and survived in that role until 1952. The version 2.0 includes significant improvements for the VC and the external model in terms of display quality and animations. Pls read the release history documentation inside the zip file for more information. The aircraft has been developed for FSX Flight Simulator SP1 or SP2 under Windows 7. It has also been tested with Microsoft FSX Acceleration, and P3D simulator but full compatibility is not guaranteed by the author. This package includes the aircraft model (Single-Seater, Two-Seater), a virtual cockpit (VC) and a 2D panel. All three parts have been designed and developed according to a large number of technical documents, descriptions, and pictures from the Eurofighter. The 2D panel has been developed for wide screen monitors only. The design goal was to develop an aircraft model along with a VC and a 2D panel as close as possible to the original aircraft. It was, however, not possible to program all the functions and displays, because of the complexity of the real Eurofighter, due to limitations in FSX, and classified capabilities. Changes and additional functions have been made for simplification or gameplay reasons. The panel with the MFD displays, HUD, radar functionality, weapon simulation and indicators gives a good impression on how the real Eurofighter cockpit looks inside. A significant effort has been made to test, update and improve the flight dynamics of the model. The model includes and supports the following additional payloads : Three external tanks, 6 AMRAAM missiles (mid range Air to Air weapons), 2 IRIS missiles (short range Air to Air weapons), 4 PWIV laser bombs. External tanks and the weapons are configurable via a panel MFD screen. Paints are included for: GE, UK, Italy, Spain, Austria, SAAF, NATO, and just the base texture. This is not a load and fly package. Please take your time to read the included documentation carefully. Do not skip chapters because you may think, they are not important for you. FS2004/FSX Grumman American AA-5B Tiger. First introduced in 1974, the AA-5 series were unique in their bonded honeycomb airframes, producing a simple, smooth, and strong structure. With a sliding canopy and quick controls, the AA-5 were a breed apart. The later AA-5B series had more powerful engines, giving a needed boost in performance. This SF9/FSX model is painted in a real world paint scheme, and has full ani's and VC (virtual cockpit) with some custom gauges. Includes extra FSX files to ease porting over to FSX.
