CFS2 P-47C 'Raid Hot Mamma' Repaint of the FDG P-47N-25-RE This is a complete aircraft. Panel and sound aliased to stock Corsair This paint scheme is based on an actual P-47 that was flown by a pilot named John Drum during WWII. I had only a black and white photo of him sitting on the wing of his Thunderbolt, and no other information about him. But, I did happen to have his Nose Art in my library so this is the result. Grumman F4F-4 WILDCAT For CFS1 and CFS2 This aircraft Nr 17 flew with VF-6 during March 1942. This stubby little carrier fighter was easy, forgiving, and even fun to fly. It was Grumman's first modern all-metal monoplane fighter. The Wildcat was stoutly constructed, well-armored, and well-armed, with the same six .50-caliber Brownings carried by the Hellcat, Corsair, and Mustang. The Wildcat's larger wing, relatively more powerful engine combined with its best traits gave the Wildcat superior turning and diving ability.The F4F-4 model had a more powerfull engine and was the first version to have folding wings. Included also is the addition of Bryant AHP, a helicopter airfield at Ft. Richardson (next to Elmendorf) which was also made using satellite photos and personal experiences. FS98 version Soviet Airforce An-22 "Antei" Version 2.0 This model s/n 05-10 was the only An-22 ever to fly in a camouflage livery, the rest flew in a civil Aeroflot livery. The Antonov An-22 is the biggest turboprop plane ever build in serieproduction. In total 68 were build, the first one made it's maiden flight in 1965. It has four turboprop engines which drive large contra-rotating propellers, each with a diameter of 6 meters (20 feet). The An-22 set a number of world records, including no fewer than 14 payload-to-height marks on one occasion in 1967.
