There were some cooling and hot engine start problems as well
as being heavy on fuel, but it was strong and fast ensuring

This executive One-Eleven 409AY was for many years operated
by Turbo Union based at the Rolls Royce facility at Filton,
Bristol. Built for LACSA it was modified by having a freight
door added to the port side forward fuselage. Flying in part
cargo part passenger configuration it was often used to carry
spare engines. Requires the BAC One-Eleven 400HK model by David
Maltby
