FS2000 Patty Wagstaff's Extra 300S A totally new design of Extra 300S. This design is a lot more realistic than the default Extra 300S, featuring for example transparent floor window etc. Real plane is built in Germany by Walter Extra. It features state-of-the-art carbon fiber wings, tail and control surfaces, a steel tube fuselage, and is powered by a Lycoming AE10-540 300hp engine. It achieves roll acceleration and roll rates usually found in advanced fighter jets, climbing at over 3400fpm and cruising above 200mph. The 300S is the only factory-built aircraft to consistently win against the fabled aerobatic specials of the former Eastern Bloc. This one is owned and flown by Patty Wagstaff. Built from a highly modified Christen Eagle II, it is very similar to the Black Eagle 540. The Short Solent is a passenger flying boat that was produced by Short Brothers in the late 1940s. It was developed from the Short Seaford, itself a development of the Short Sunderland military flying boat design. The first Solent flew in 1946.
