T-28 Trojan Package for FS2004. The North American Aviation T-28 Trojan is a piston-engined military trainer aircraft used by the United States Air Force and United States Navy beginning in the 1950s. Besides its use as a trainer, the T-28 was successfully employed as a Counter-insurgency (COIN) aircraft, primarily during the Vietnam War. Features comprehensive VC and model. Included in this package are two FS9 C-47 models that have been converted from FSX models. They have the same complexity as the FSX models but the textures are half-size only and there is some loss in resolution. There is an "early" model, which is fitted with H aerials, and a "late" model, which has beacon lights and curtains. The flight dynamics and VC are those of the default DC-3 to which custom wing views and replacement VC textures have been added. The liveries include a camouflaged RAF Dakota painted by "Squirrel" and a white/polished-metal USAF post-war aircraft. Custom animations by Hansjoerg Naegele, replacement VC textures by Marvin Carter, models by Manfred Jahn.

FS2004 Stargate Goa'uld Death Glider 2, Heru Class. This is the newest Death Glider, Version 2 with a new battle scarred texture. This is the one seen in the series TV Stargate SG1. This is a fully functioning and elaborate model of the second level Death Glider two passenger alien fighter. It features pilots, opening canopy, retracting transport rings, glowing Zatt cannons, a virtual cockpit, revamped air.file for smoother flights, and incredible speeds up to Mach 4.64. Its landing gear is a magnetic hover field like in the original movie. This model now features a Virtual cockpit for more realistic flying. This conversion is more than just a simple recompile of the previous FS2004 aircraft. We have added four brand new textures in this product representing four of Australia's WWII Aces, complete with new weathering and effects. We have also added new normal map and specular map materials to provide a stunning external experience. We have taken the time to record a brand new audio package for the P-40 Kittyhawk using authentic P-40 recordings featuring full 360 degree sound panning and new ambient sound for when you are sitting on the ground doing pre-flight. Now you can hear birds in the fields, aircraft and helicopters overhead as you ready yourself for flight! We have updated the internal cockpit providing a complete set of new gauges designed for easy reading and clarity, and even added a basic modern cockpit for those needing some navigation tools to hand. Pam Brooker, resident flight dynamics engineer has done a superb job of the flight model, giving you an aircraft which is a true joy to fly, however it is an aircraft you have to FLY, rather than many 'point and go' aircraft seen these days. All in all, IRIS are very happy at the conversion of this product and hope that you all will once again, enjoy the thrill of the P-40 Kittyhawk in Flight Simulator X.
