CFS Scenery Add-On "Venegono - Aeromacchi" for Combat Flight Simulator 1 by Edmundo Abad, The "Venegono - Aeromacchi" scenery is totally fictional, but shows the current airfield layer took from the real maps and a supposed buildings distribution just as a Regia Aeronautica Airfield during WWII. The airfield is located near Varese city to north of Italy on Lombardia region, the runway is 18/36 in asphalt. This airfield is operated by Aeronautica Macchi, whose factory is near the airstrip, as to shows this virtual scenery. 1.1MB

This is a set of twelve WWII British airfield ground vehicles. These are not really intended as targets although they do have damage files. Rather they are intended to be viewed around the airfield from the player's aircraft. So, they are more detailed than the usual vehicle bgls. Therefore they have a bit larger file, but still not bad. I've put quite a few in a mission without affecting the frame rates. The purpose of this addon is to all the user to lock the aircraft's latitude and longitude acting as an 'anchor'. It is useful for keeping float planes from drifting when parked on a lake or river. You may find it useful for other applications as well.
