FS2004 Gippsland GA-8 Airvan Package. The high wing GA8 Airvan was specifically designed to fill the gap between the Cessna 206 and the Cessna Caravan. Developed to handle the gruelling conditions of the Australian landscape, the Airvan is ideal for operators in remote areas faced with rugged terrain and basic conditions. In particular, the Airvan is capable of operating on short bush airstrips illustrated by its ability to take off to clear a height of 50ft in only 550 metres (1800 ft) at a gross weight of 1,814kg or 4,000lbs with a landing distance of 370 metres (1200) over the same height. The Commodore first flew in 1930 and several were procured by Pan American Airways for use on the U.S. East coast to the Caribbean runs. This is a native FSX Acceleration project. It has the usual animations, .dds textures, and a muted specular shine. The VC is based on a very early PBY Catalina and has working gauges and animated flight controls. There is no 2D panel. FS2004 Mitsubishi A6M2-21 Zero Package (Updated) - Take a flight with a classic WWII fighter aircraft used extensively in the Pacific Theatre by the Japanese Navy. Three paint schemes. The Imperial Japananese Navy Circa 1941, Circa 1942, Circa 1943. The Circa 1941 texture was derived from the avhistory.org texture and modified by m to reflect the 1941 paint scheme. The Circa 1942 texxture was derived from an unknown freeware source and modified by me. The Circa 1943 texture was derived from the avhistory.org texture and modifed to create a darker dark gray green texture. Virtual Cockpit panel now contains gauges. New and I believe better flight dynamics. Visual crash damage effects (aircraft breaks up). Can belly land aircraft if done carefully. Corrected textures to reflect accurate wing markings.
