FS2004 MI-24V Hind E OPTEC Textures only. This MI-24V by Tim Conrad repaint represents the Hind employed by OPTEC (Operational Test & Evaluation Command), stationed at Biggs AAF, Ft Bliss, Texas. Besides the Hind they operate many other former Warshaw Pact produced aircraft to create an opposing force with equipment closely resembling a realistic outfit. After conflicts like the first Gulf-War and the fall of the "Iron Curtain" the U.S. armed forces as well as other western nations gained a lot off former Soviet equipment for evaluation and training purpose. Replacement VC lighting for the FSX Lear 45, to make night flying more enjoyable. The default dome lighting was far too bright so this has been brought down to a realistic level. In addition to this most of the display lighting has been replaced with a blue/white LED style including a small glow effect.
