FS2004 Lockheed L-1011 Flying Hospital This is one of the only four L-1011 equiped with an extra stair conducting to the lower floor, and has been modified with orthodontial rooms, pre-operatory, three operation rooms, medical school and everything to let this plane fly to a desaster area and help the population, or just go to any developing country, land, and stay up to fifhteen days giving free help and medical training for the local doctors. Inspired by the superior work of Michael Carr I have developed a small library of Ground Service Equipment. These objects are mostly painted in the standard yellow drab you find at many military bases. As with all my work the emphasis is on Frame-Rates and not microscopic reality so squint a little and pretend. Some of these objects have been included in my earlier scenery releases and I now present the complete collection as a library for use with XML base scenery object placement programs like Runway12 and EZ_ Scenery from Abacus. FS2004 MI-24V Hind E OPTEC Textures only. This MI-24V by Tim Conrad repaint represents the Hind employed by OPTEC (Operational Test & Evaluation Command), stationed at Biggs AAF, Ft Bliss, Texas. Besides the Hind they operate many other former Warshaw Pact produced aircraft to create an opposing force with equipment closely resembling a realistic outfit. After conflicts like the first Gulf-War and the fall of the "Iron Curtain" the U.S. armed forces as well as other western nations gained a lot off former Soviet equipment for evaluation and training purpose.
