This is the start of my scenery packages for Southern California: San Luis County Regional Airport in San Luis Obispo, California. Taxiways, runways, and other aspects were updated using real satellite images from Google Earth for accuracy. Default objects from the FSX scenery libraries were used. This is a must-have B-47 with updated panel. Update of Michael Pook's earlier FSX update of the Stratojet. The package features both an entirely re-modelled and enhanced vc and a beautiful 2D panel configured by Erwin Welker. Both panels match in almost every respect. Also, The flight tuning is now set for an easier take-off of the aircraft. Original model by Bill Holker, some gauges by Philippe Wallaert for his Stratojet update and 2D panel by Erwin Welker. X-Plane 9.70 NF-104A "Zoom Climber". The rocket boosted F-104A's used by USAF Test Pilots School and NASA astronaut candidates to experience weightlessness and practice vehicle control techniques in a near space like environment. NF-104s achieved altitudes of over 100,000 feet using a "zoom" climb technique assissted by a 6000 lb thrust rocket motor mounted in the tail just above the J-79 turbojet engine afterburner. Hawker Siddeley Buccaneer S.2B The Buccaneer had been designed as a carrier aircraft and benefited from a very durable airframe. The first S.2 flew in 1964 and was a great improvement over the S.1. Its advanced air blowing system & capacious bomb bay made it much more fuel efficient and manouverable at low speed than its rivals. Originally a Navy aircraft only, the RAF ordered them in '68 and flew the Bucc' into the 1990's when it served in the Gulf War as a laser designator. Requires panel (Search Buccaneer Panel).
