FSX panel with sensational features for the German WW2 U-Boat from Bruce Fitzgerald (1uboat.zip). The first pimp up for a submarine; almost an U-boat simulation itself. Special features: Through the operational Periscope the diving and the submerging can be watched. From the attack periscope a torpedo, with a delayed explosion effect, can be launched. Both periscopes can be rotated for 360 deg, has zoom functions and can be raised and lowered. The gunner can rotate the gun and alter the elevation up- and downwards. Panel graphics: Forward view from the tower, deck views to the front and to the rear, gunner view, the central and the torpedo tubes inside of the boat. Sound buttons from R.L. Clark allows to turn on 10 more original submarine sounds: Rough sea, hatch, merging, diving, submerging, sonar-pings, torpedo launch, attacked by depth charges and cannon shot, (Film soundtrack optional). Due to the copyrights, the sounds are not included but they can all easyly downloaded at uboataces.com. Effects for cannon shots, torpedo attacks and the attack by depth charges - watch it under water :-) - and a handbook with pictures are included. Revised FS2002/CFS2/FS2000 Arado 234 B-2a Jet. WW2 Luftwaffe Arado 234 B-2a twin engine turbojet of world war II. The Arado 234 B-2 was used for high altitude reconnaissance and bombing duties. This is a repaint of Hauke Keitel Arado 234 B-2. I have added authentic Jumo Turbo Jet engine sounds, engine flame effects, retounched skin colors, navigation lights and smoke effects. Cuenca Scenery 2009 for FSX, FS2004, FS2002. After many years in development and few months in construction, the "Corporacion Aeroportuaria de Cuenca" has made de additions to the "Mariscal Lamar" Airport in Cuenca. The passengers terminal now can serve around 300 passengers simultaneously; a new building in aluminium and glass design, a panoramic view of the runway and new security services has been added. P3D/FSX Douglas A-3 Skywarrior Package with droppable bomb. The Douglas A3 Skywarrior was carrier based US strategic bomber and later was used for electronic reconnaissance and as a fuel tanker. The Skywarrior first flew in 1952 and was finally retired in 1991. Liveries. US Navy: : VAH-4 Kitty Hawk, VAH-10, VAQ-135 and VQ-1 World Watchers. Ex payware model from Alphasim/Virtavia upgraded to FSX native by LLS and with some further revisions by Bob Chicilo. Several further fixes - new P3D4 compatible gauges in panel/VC, wheel levels corrected. Added the high quality textures by David Stewart. Tested in P3D v4.2 and should be compatible in FSX and earlier P3D versions. Packaged and tested by Chris Evans

FS2004/FSX Seven Air for F27 Mk500 (Fixed textures). Twelve years this aircraft was parked at the airport Madrid Barajas Adolfo Suarez-the Fokker F-27 Friendship MK500, registration EC-GYL, serial number 10,381, which made possible the start of the short life of a Spanish company called Seven Air. It is powered by two Rolls-Royce Dart turboprop engines 532 and holds 44 seats. Repaint in EC-GYL registration. Full aircraft, 2d panel (no VC). Model by Mike Stone. Textures by Juan Villamor

"imp" means imperfect, as other mesh I have already processed is of areas that have very little vegetation cover - over the land, or has large urban areas. This "imp" mesh will include some slight discrepancies of altitude (in the case of forested areas - by a magnitude sometimes of +15 metres-depending on how tall the trees are, in the jungle or forest canopy) over urban areas, or areas with a lot of vegetation cover - due to the limitations of the ASTER satellites infra red scanning cameras, and the software used to process the DEM data. Areas where there is little vegetation cover, or non urban areas, the terrain should have truer values. But I feel this ASTER DEM data is so good - why let it all go to waste - especially flying over lovely Pacific islands? So you FSX users out there will have to take all this into account when using this mesh. Grateful thanks to ERSDAC, and NASA for making this data freely available to the public.
