FSX Douglas VC-118-DO 'The Independence'Textures only. This Douglas VC-118-DO was the personal aircraft of President Harry S. Truman. It was named 'The Independence' after President Truman's home town in Missouri. The aircraft was delivered on 1 July 1947 and served from 4 July 1947 on as a presidential aircraft till 1953 when Gen. Dwight Eisenhower became President of the USA. It seems that the rather special paint job was based on an idea by President Truman himself. 46-0505 served on as a general VIP transport till 1966 when it was donated to the Smithonian Institute for preservation. It is on loan to the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.'The Independence' could accommodate for 24 day or 12 sleeper passengers (in the main cabin). It had a luxurious State Room aft of the passenger door. Usually there was a crew of eight. It is featured here in its original tan, blue and metal livery. You will require Jens B. FSX VYMM Mawlamyine Intl Airport V2.0 with Traffic-Pack 2 Mawlamyine International Airport in Burma, Myanmar, include Traffic-Pack 2. Traffic-Pack 1 comes with vyyy4tp1.zip. Traffic-Pack 3 comes soon too. This scenery was produced based of suppositions, stories and voices. It is therefore pure speculation. Whether this airport is ever increased, the God know. FS2004 - PIPER-PA 18 photoreal 2D-panel and VC-panel for J.E. Narcizo's latest model (see link) Due to the fact that FS9 is not very suitable for mere VRF-Navigation, I incorporated a multi-radio and an RMI. I have checked a lot of PA18-pictures, every panel had it's own instrument-configuration and -location. Made by Horst Paetzold.

Model by TDS/ Tenkuu Developers Studio with advanced 737-800 VC added. Includes utility for ground services, Passenger bus, cargo, stairs, refuelling truck etc (find it under - Views - Instrument panel - Util) The wonderful Boeing 737-800 from TDS will be enjoyed by many more people who do not know how to install a VC into a FSX native model.
