Package contains 3 aircraft. The Bartel BM-4a, BM-4h and BM-5d trainer was a Polish biplane aircraft, the first plane of Polish design put into production. Used from 1929 to 1939 by the Polish Air Force,manufactured in the Wielkopolska Aircraft Factory WWS "Samolot" in Poznan. All Bartel training aircrafts had very good handling, high stability and the total spin resistance, provide high security in primary training. Aircraft constructed from wood, canvas and aluminum characterized by interchangeability of the upper and lower wings and the standardization of parts and materials. FS2004 RAF Coningsby. situated in the county of Lincolnshire, UK. Originally a large bomber airfield, it opened during the Royal Air Forces expansion period, late 1930's. It was expanded in the 1950's to accommodate the Vulcan bombers. Better known in recent years as the home to part of Britain's defensive fleet of F4 Phantom's, and F3 Tornado's, Coningsby is now home to the Operational Conversion Unit for the Typhoon. CFS2/FS2002/FS2004 Ryan FR-1 Fireball Service variant of the Fireball. This model has full squadron paint scheme and warload for CFS2. The aircraft was a mixed power twin engine radial/jet fighter bomber but came along as jet only aircraft were finding favour within the US military. WWII was almost over by the time it entered service. 100 planes became operational with the US Navy. They flew operationaly on board VS-21. Original model by Ian Lawrence. FS2004 BAE Harrier T4a VAAC. This is the two seat T4 version of the BAW Harrier. It comes in the Quintec Ripple colours. Under the hood of the latest Harrier is a revolutionary new system called vectored-thrust aircraft advanced flight control (VAAC). Designed by QinetiQ's predecessor, DERA, with funding from the US-UK Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Office, VAAC uses advanced "fly by wire" technology to turn over many of the Harrier's flight characteristics to computers. This makes the aircraft much simpler to fly and enables engineers to fine-tune it quickly for improved handling, based on pilot feedback between sorties. FS2004 DC-8-53 KLM-VIASA Textures only. Repaint by Jaap de Baare. One of the first DC-8's that were leased from KLM to VIASA Venezuela. This aircraft was an odd one in terms of the usual external decorations. It had a "split" paint job. One side remained in the existing KLM colours while the other side received the livery of VIASA Venezuela.
