This is an update of my Flight Dynamics Tutorial. Most of what is new deals with FSX. Even if you do not want to do Flight Dynamics, this might help you understand what is going on, while flying an aircraft, and/or insight into what is causing a problem you are having with an aircraft.

CFS2 ONLY and FS2000 only! Mike Pupich purchased this aircraft from Paramont Studios after it was in the film "Catch 22". Later after beginning the resotoration work he met some original crewmembers of the 390th Squadron, 42nd Bomb Group "Crusaders", of the 13th Air Force who were originally stationed in the South Pacific theater during the War. Mike decided then and there to re-do the aircraft just like the original. The original aircraft was flown by Charlie Wells. He flew four missions with the original "Heavenly Body" as copilot and 38 missions as pilot. The stellar moment for this aircraft was when "Heavenly Body" roared off the deck of the USS Ranger on 21 April 1992 to honor the 50th anniversary of the Doolittle raid on Tokyo. Today she does airshows nationwide and it looks like there will be many years of pleasure from her to come. This original model was done by Roger Dial, Mike Hambly and Bruce Thorson. FS 2004 North American O-47. The North American O-47 was a 3 crew member observation plane developed in the late 1930's. The observation concept changed at the beginning of WW2 and most of O-47's were assigned to various ANG units. This is a FSDS V3.51 project compiled with Makemdl into FS 2004. It features the usual animations, reflective textures, landing and nav lights. The 2D and VC are based on a photo. The VC has animated controls and working gauges. By Paul Clawson. 850K
