FS2004 Dinfia I.A.35-II "Huanquero" The IA-35 "El Justicialista del Aire" (renamed "Huanquero" in 1955) was the first design from the Dinfia Organisation of Argentina to enter production and the head of a family of succesful planes that later included the Ia-35 X "Pandora", the "Guarani I" and the turbopowered Ia-50 "Guarani". A twin-engined all metal (except for fabric covered ailerons) low-wing cantilever monoplane with a high-mounted tailplane with two fins and rudders; and a retractable tricycle landing gear. Powered by two IA 19R "El Indio" radial engines of 750 HP each that allowed a maximum cruise speed of 370 kmh and a maximum range of 1250 KM with a full load of 2300 kg. The major design was done by Paul Klages under the direct supervision of Prof. Kurt Tank, former Focke Wulf designer who also built the I.Ae 33 "Pulqui II" jet fighter in 1950. The first series prototype of the Ia-35 made its maiden flight the 21st September of 1953 flown by First Lt. Pilot Connan Doyle, and was followed by a planned production batch of 100 aircraft but in the end less than half of the aircraft were built when production ceased in the mid-1960s. Most of the Ia-35 Type II were assigned to the "II Brigada Aerea" of Parana to the "II Grupo de Exploracion y Ataque" where remained in service until 1974, when the lasts "Huanqueros" were replaced with the newest Ia-58 "Pucara". This is an FSX update of the legendary FS2002/2004 AlphasimAvro Vulcan B2 with VC. However, the VC contained gauges but, strangely, they were not visible. Cirrus N210MS (real name unknown) has posted a native FSX conversion at SOH, which made it possible to incorporate the interior and VC from another native FSX model. So I've added the interior of the Alphasim Victor bomber to the Vulcan, which doesn't match the original panels in every respect but resembles them to some extent with original Vulcan gauges added. Also, new smoke and burner effects have been added, which are automatically activated by opening the throttle. This package includes the two default liveries (Camo and White) and is adressed particularly to those who would like to have a functioning VC with this beautiful Vulcan model. My idea was to bring it back to life for FSX users who like flying with VC view. Original model by Alphasim, credits go to the unknown designer Cirrus for his FSX conversion, to Philippe Wallaert for his phantastic Vulcan gauges and to FS Soundstudio (Darren Law) for the great original whine sound. May work in P3D v3 but will not work in V4. VC and 2D panels as well as all new effect configurations by Michael Pook.

This is Tim Conrad's T-33 Updated For Flight Simulator X. Design work for the Lockheed P-80 began in 1943 with the first flight on 8 January 1944. Following on the Bell P-59, the P-80 became the first jet fighter to enter full squadron service in the United States Army Air Forces. As more advanced jets entered service, the F-80 took on another role - training jet pilots. The two-place T-33 jet was designed for training pilots to fly jets.
