This Grumman Tracker S2T(urbo) Marsh Conversion features Functional VC model included, includes one Aircraft with three textures, authentic custom sounds, and custom panels with aircraft specific gauges, with texture bump and spec capabilities included. These authentic CDF textures were done by Rachel Whiteford, aka "Firekitten".

The Avtek 400 was a prototype turboprop-powered business aircraft developed in the USA in the early 1980s. In 1998, Avtek declared bankruptcy without the prototype having completed the testing required for FAA type certification. The package features FSX compatible gauges for the VC and 2D panel. FS2004 Lanai Airport V2, Lanai City, Island of Lanai, Hawaii, PHNY This scenery is a remake of my original Lanai scenery for FS2002, which was way to overdone for this sleepy little airport. It now contains a very quaint, rustic Hawaiian styled airport which has been made and updated to work in FS2004. There are a few changes in the landscaping and updated car parks have been used. Switches for LCD Screens, EICAS, PFD, MFT. Autobrake switch. Opening pilots window. Cabin Lights switch. Realistic FMC. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS), More Realistic night VC textures. There are custom CFM56 sounds by Emil Serafino included for that extra realism. Also fixed the contact points to correct wheels sinking into the ground. Thanks to Mathieu Vos for the textures.
