FS2004 Varig Curtiss C-46 Commando. Curtiss-Wright Corporation, began design studies for a new transport in 1935. Project was named Model CW-20 and intended to compete with the DC-3. The design was finalized in 1936 and when compared to the DC-3, it had 40 percent more passenger capacity, was to be pressurized giving it the ability to fly above the weather, had an area beneath the cabin floor to carry baggage or cargo, a novel feature at the time, more powerful engines and a greater fuel capacity. Updated FS98/CFS AMI Aeritalia F-104S Starfighter (9-41). The F-104S is a develop of the original F-104G with a more powerful engine, stronger body structure, improvements to avionics and ordinance capabilities and two new lateral tail fins for better stability at high speeds. The F-104S was choosen by the Italian Air Force in 1966 to replace its fleet of F-104G. Almost all the 206 F-104S were directly produced in Italy by Aeritalia which produced also 40 aircraft for the Turkish Air Force. This aircraft is from the 9th Wing "Francesco Baracca" of the 10th Group of the Italian Air Force (AMI) which received its first F-104S in early 1972. This F-104S has the "Europe Camo" color scheme as it appeared in 1970s and 1980s. Its primary role was interception and air superiority. Designed by Alpha Simulations. Sound by M.Hambly. FS2004/FSX Savoia Marchetti S.81 Expansion package 2 This is the second expansion package for the S81_v10.zip (above), regarding the FS9/FSX model of the SIAI SM81 Pipistrello, Italian bomber/transport aircraft. The archive contains three new model variants and four new liveries: "Saturno" (Saturn) the anti-magnetic mines aircraft, "Tartaruga" (Tortoise) the personal aircraft of Benito Mussolini and two "Scuola di Volo Senza Visibilità" (Instrumental Flying School) planes with more advanced IFR cockpit. This is only an upgrade package, so you must have already installed the main package 'S81_V10.zip' and also the 'S81_ep1.zip' (see link). Follow installation instructions for each FS2004/FSX case. FSX/P3Dv3,v4 DHC-2 Beaver wheels version. The DHC-2 Beaver was developed in 1947. After a survey of Canada's bush pilots, the need for a rugged, highly versatile aerial truck that could take off and land almost anywhere, carry a half-ton load, and be very reliable, formed the basis of a new specification. The first of the STOL family that de Havilland produced, the Beaver would carve a niche into the bushplane and military market. Native FSX model compatible also with /P3Dv3,v4 and 5. mdl by A.F.Scrub.
