FS2004 Varig Curtiss C-46 Commando. Curtiss-Wright Corporation, began design studies for a new transport in 1935. Project was named Model CW-20 and intended to compete with the DC-3. The design was finalized in 1936 and when compared to the DC-3, it had 40 percent more passenger capacity, was to be pressurized giving it the ability to fly above the weather, had an area beneath the cabin floor to carry baggage or cargo, a novel feature at the time, more powerful engines and a greater fuel capacity. FS2002/ 2004 Hummelbird. This is an all-aluminium homebuilt aircraft powered by a half VW engine. It is a marvelous aeroplane that flies like magic. It was designed by Morrey Hummel. I bought one and I have flown about 80 hours on it. It is stable, fast, inexpensive, easy to maintain, almost too good to be true. This model was built by Newton Drumond with a little help from Fern Marques (me), and I can tell you that it flies just like the real one! It features all moving parts, and the panel texture is a photo of my real one. Sound is the Sopwith Camel, very similar to a VW cut in half, indeed. Just unzip into any temporary folder and move to your "Aircraft" folder. 907K

Integrated Standby Flight Display (ISFD) is a new glass standby gauge that was introduced with the B737 NG, it is equiped with an internal battery that allows 3 hours of operation without external power. Now all new commercial liners are fitted with such gauge. The gauge provides indicated air speed, altitude, heading, aircraft attitude and QNH. When in range of an ILS the ILS bars appear. When the autopilot mode approach is selected the text APP in green colour appears. As far as I know it is not possible to shift the QNH value from Inch of Hg to Hpa (millibar) in a FIP because the shifting function calls for internal variable like L:xxxxxx that can't be used in a FIP xml program. To solve partially this problem I propose three versions, one with the QNH both in InHg and Hpa (ISFD.xml), one with the QNH in InHg only (ISFD_InHg.xml) and one with the QNH in Hpa only (ISFD_HPA.xml).

Located one mile south of RCSS, it almost didn't get built due to its proximity to this airport. The tower boasts 101 floors, the world's fastest elevators, an observation deck, restaurant, and a shopping mall. The Avtek 400 was a prototype turboprop-powered business aircraft developed in the USA in the early 1980s. In 1998, Avtek declared bankruptcy without the prototype having completed the testing required for FAA type certification. The package features FSX compatible gauges for the VC and 2D panel.
