It turned out I did NOT test the ALPHA Gripen aircraft in FSX SP2 with my modifications as posted under the title ''FSX/P3D Alpha Saab Gripen Revisited' Sorry for the inconvenience.
When testing the Gripen in FSX SP2 I stumbled upon several bugs including the crash fix.
IMHO all bugs all bugs has been fixed now.
Please read for the details file '1st_ReadMe.txt'
Prepar3D v4+ users do not need this package.

Update for FSX of the Piper Arrow 4

This is another update for FSX of the Piper Arrow 4 by Rien Cornelissen. I have changed it to the Turbocharged engine; I also changed the 2D panel background colors to be a closer match to the VC; changed the RPM gauge as most of the turbo engine specs I saw had the top RPM at 2,800; and I changed the large dark lines to yellow so it is easy to tell which one it is if you also have the other Arrow 4.

This is an update for FSX of the Piper Arrow 4 by Rien Cornelissen. I deleted the sound gauge that was making FSX crash; changed the 2D background picture; changed or added gauges to both the VC and 2D panels; got rid of the 4x3 panel; plugged the square hole in the left VC background; and updated the flight dynamics. This aircraft is not turbocharged.

FSX/P3D Boeing 737 Max 8 United Airlines 'Aviate' package with new Max VC. United currently have 106 Boeing 737 Max 8 in service with another 17 on order.
The high spec Boeing 737-Max 8 from TDS. The VC is the Microsoft/Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND base modified by Speedbird77 to resemble a Max cockpit, including gauges by G. Munro.
There are custom CFM eco sounds included for that extra realism. Use - Instrument panel - Util for ground vehicles, doors stairs, fuel truck, buses. New Utility allows Bus, fuel, doors and more. (Go to Views - Instrument panel - Utility). VC added and edited to allow correct VC views, correct jetways and wheel levels. Credits go to TDS fantastic native FSX Boeing Max8 model. I added PDF B737 checklist.
Textured, packaged and prepared for FSX & P3D up to v5 by Chris Evans.
