The Boeing 737-Max 8 is a single isle, narrow body forth generation design of the original 737-200. It has new efficient CFM LEAP engines. Aerodynamic advances and winglets and scimitars on the wingtips, and other structural modifications and strengthening. The Max's first flight was January 2016 and was certified by the FAA in March 2017 and first delivery was to Malindo Air in May of 2017. This one has a modified 2D wide panel and VC from Microsoft. Livery's include, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Boeing house colors, Eastern Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines. It has plenty of ground support vehicles. The Fuel Flow reading on the EICAS reads low, I am not sure why. You really have to fly this model, it has some quirks to get used to. This model has been revised to work in Prepar3d V6+. I cannot find the correct winglet textures (TDS737MAX2015_WINGLET_L & TDSMAX2015_WINGLET_T) for the Southwest livery so I used white textures. Also I edited the contact points for the main gear and nose gear to set better on the runway/tarmac. There are two different panel files, the rikooo+g.munro panel file crashes to the desktop. Currently Air India Express operate 53 Boeing 737 Max 8 with another 167 Boeing Max on order. The high spec Boeing 737-Max 8 from TDS. The VC is the Microsoft/Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND base modified by Speedbird77 to resemble a Max cockpit, including gauges by G. Munro. There are custom CFM eco sounds included for that extra realism. Use - Instrument panel - Util for ground vehicles, doors stairs, fuel truck, buses. New Utility allows Bus, fuel, doors and more.
