The hangar area also includes the BWIA hangars and maintenance facility complete with their offices, machine shop, and storage hangars full of crates containing aircraft parts. The old terminal has also been re-textured and improved upon. The new look of this airport is credited to Stanley Augustus, who sent me numerous photographs of this airport from every angle. FSX/P3D3 Boeing 747-400F Atlas Air Cargo package with enhanced VC. Atlas Air is a New York based cargo airline and currently operate 21 Boeing 747-400F and 2 Boeing 747-400BCF cargo aircraft (As of February 2017). Project Opensky Boeing 747-400BCF assembled and upgraded for FSX/P3D with the developed B747 VC (virtual 3d cockpit) from Alejandro Rojas Lucenda (Manual included). This is the Project Opensky FSX native Boeing 747-400 model, and includes ground cargo servicing, stairs (FSX - Go to Views - Instrument Panel -Posky Utility. In P3D go to Vehicle - Instrument panel - Posky Utility), opening nose section and more. Included CF engine sounds from BrandonG, with realistic jet whine to make your flight sound great. Thank you to Project Opensky for their contributions to the worldwide community of flight simulation. I have added the high quality textures by RyanC. Also includes the Boeing 747 VC textures upgrade. This give a much clearer 747 interior virtual cockpit look. Assembled, edited and tested in FSX Acceleration and P3D3 by Chris Evans.

The Messerschmitt Me 262 HG3 Donnervogel (Thunderbird) was planned by Messerschmitt as an advanced successor for the Me-262 Schwalbe jet fighter towards the end of WWII, but it was never built due to the approaching end of WWII. The aircraft actually almost looked like a modern jet fighter and was to be the fastest plane ever built at the time. The package features the two original textures and a completely newly designed and reworked VC as well as a photorealistic 2D panel by Erwin Welker. In addition, new burner flame and smoke effect have been added to the aircraft. Also, the pop-up windows for radios and GPS have been re-positioned and re-sized to have a better view out of the cockpit while using them in flight. This is a rare bird. The Mercure was designed to compete with the Boeing 737 at the end of the sixties and everyone knows who won! (only 11 units were built). I flew her many times and I can say she was very silent and very comfortable. Original model by Capt. I. D'Attomo. VC adaptation, panels for wide and standard screen by Philippe Wallaert. The WB-57F Canberra was an advanced high-altitude aircraft to gather intelligence worldwide. In the hands of the 58th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron the WB-57s collected information about Soviet and Chinese nuclear weapon tests in the 1960s. Two aircraft still continue to fly with the NASA for high-altitude research and resource missions. The package features two models, a new basic VC, smoke effects and FSX compatible gauges for the 2D panel. Original model by Kazunori Ito, basic VC and update for FSX by Michael Pook.

Updates for the Alphasim FSX Vought Crusader package recently uploaded by Danny Garnier. Makes ATC call the aircraft "crusader xxx" according to number on the aircraft instead of experimental and adds launching capability for carrier operations. Additionaly I added thumbnails for all variants.
