Doug Turnbull's iconic Space Station V from Kubrick's masterpiece '2001. A Space Odyssey' Major upgrade from previous version, re-framulated mesh, texture mapped and animated, 2 landable hangar bays. May be used as a scenery object, or with AICarriers2, and; of course, Rob's brilliant space gauge set. Also enclosed; a light aerospaceplane, cockpit alaised to Tim Conrad's CR-14 Cylon attack craft. Just a doodle, a WIP, a modeling and animation exercise; has animated landing gear, doesn't do much otherwise. Pulls 4.5 Gee vertical, though! meshes created and textured in sketchup, animated in FSDS 3.5, compiled in MDLX. I took some liberties with the space station to make it work. First off, its finished. You could not spin a half completed station. The wheels counter-rotate to cancel gyroscopic precession, and the docking bays are non rotating zero-gee bays. While the spaceplane rolling into the bay looks great on film, it would be impracticable and down right dangerous to have a 300,000 lbs nuclear spaceplane flailing into space dock. Not great, and I just threw some basic textures on it, it could use some higher rez skins...someday. Have fun, and remember to close the pod bay doors...

FSX/FS2004 P-47N-2-RE "Chautauqua" and P-47N-5RE"Icky and Me". The last of the Thunderbolts to be manufactured in quantity was the P-47N, a specialized long-range version designed for service in the Pacific theatre. The P-47N had a new "wet" wing of slightly larger span and area. It gave excellent service in the Pacific in the final year of the war, particularly in escorting B-29 bombers in raids on the Japanese mainland. They were able to escort bombers all the way from Saipan to Japan and on many other long overwater flights.Tested in FS2004/FSX and FSXacceleration.GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub.

Welcome to the UKMIL RAF Linton-on-Ouse FSX package. RAF Linton-on-Ouse (EGXU) is a Royal Air Force station at Linton-on-Ouse near York in Yorkshire, England. It is currently a major flying training centre, one of the RAF's busiest airfields. It has satellite stations at RAF Topcliffe, RAF Church Fenton and RAF Dishforth. This scenery is 'representative' but is not true to life. It is designed to give a better than default feel to FSX. Please do not expect a perfect true to life version. In the pack, there are no aircraft included, but the pack is setup ready to use the Simshed AI Tucano.

Alaska Airlines currently (2017) operate 2 Boeing 737-700C cargo aircraft converted from passenger versions and have another 1 on order. Model by TDS/ Tenkuu Developers Studio with advanced 737-800 VC added. Includes utility for ground services, Passenger bus, cargo, stairs, refuelling truck etc (find it under - Views - Instrument panel - Util) The wonderful Boeing 737-800 from TDS will be enjoyed by many more people who do not know how to install a VC into a FSX native model. The VC is the Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND fantastic revised Boeing 737-800 VC model. This VC model includes Working wipers (right mouse click on switch) with rain effect. Switches for LCD Screens, EICAS, PFD, MFT. Autobrake switch. Opening pilots window. Cabin Lights switch. Realistic FMC. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS), More Realistic night VC textures. There are custom Boeing 737 sounds included for that extra realism. I have added the great textures by Kyle Schurb. Model is not modified in any way. This is Version 2 of the Consolidated C-87 Liberator Express. A new model.mdl has been created and besides all original version 1 features such as opening cargo door, loading ramp and textures for both the USAAF and RAF it now also has working cowl flaps, wheel chocks and pilot's heads which turn in direction of the bank The panel folder contains the basic Alphasim B-24D panel with a modified panel.bmp which omits the astrodome fitted just forward of the B-24D bomber cockpit. Wing/engine views can now be seen from the cockpit side windows. The original Alphasim B-24D VC panel is also incorporated. By Jim Nelson and Jaap de Baare
