FS2004 DC-8-53 KLM-VIASA Textures only. Repaint by Jaap de Baare. One of the first DC-8's that were leased from KLM to VIASA Venezuela. This aircraft was an odd one in terms of the usual external decorations. It had a "split" paint job. One side remained in the existing KLM colours while the other side received the livery of VIASA Venezuela. Used from 1929 to 1939 by the Polish Air Force,manufactured in the Wielkopolska Aircraft Factory WWS "Samolot" in Poznan. All Bartel training aircrafts had very good handling, high stability and the total spin resistance, provide high security in primary training. Aircraft constructed from wood, canvas and aluminum characterized by interchangeability of the upper and lower wings and the standardization of parts and materials.
