FS2004 Project Romania: Phoreal Bucharest v0.1 This is the first city scenery (photoreal) from my "Project Romania". I intend to recreate in the flightsim the most important cities from my country, Romania, and I decide to start whith our capital Bucharest.This addon includes textures for summer and night only. Since I was not able to find a full hi-res picture of Bucharest I was forced to recreate some neighbourhoods and surounding areas from one accurate map by myself. Wich means that the scenery is only 80% real. But the effect is great and none of my friends noticed the changes since the most importants buildings (including the old comunist dictator Ceausescu's mega-palace) and streets are higly visible.The whole area coverage is from Otopeni to Bragadiru (north/south) and Ciorogarla to Fundeni (west/east). FSX/FS2004 PA-48 Enforcer With new ideas of how to keep the P-51 Mustang alive in 1968 and in service, the long-standing workhorse Merlin V- 12 was replaced with a turboprop. This mod was not funded by the USAF, but by Cavalier. The new modification was called the Turbo Mustang III. Later, Cavalier sold the project to Piper. In 1971 Piper built two Enforcers by heavily modifying two existing P-51 Mustang aircraft and fitting them with Lycoming T55-L9A turboprop engines (along with numerous other significant modifications). It was flight tested in April 1971. The USAF, under pressure from Congress, did order two prototype PA-48 from Piper. No other orders were placed and the project died. The two PA- 48 Enforcers do exist today at USAF Museums. Tested in FS2004/FSX/FSX Acceleration. GMAX model by A.F.Scrub

A civilian C-130 is thought to have gone down near PADK in Alaska after a 747 made an ememergency landing which forced the airport to shut down. The C-130 did not return to its departure airport. It is thought that the C-130 may have landed on one of the surrounding islands, or may have been forced to ditch into the sea. It's up to you to locate the C-130!
