FSX/P3D Airbus A350-900 Air China Expo 2019 Package. China's flag carrier airline, China Airlines was founded in 1988 and currently operates 5 A350-900 with a further 5 on order. This aircraft, B-1083 is painted in special 'Expo 2019 Beijing' Livery. Added the better Thomas Ruth VC with updates by Louis Quintero and Chris Evans. Use FMC under Views/Instrument panel in FSX menu. (FSX : Go to Views -Instrument Panel. P3D: Go to Vehicle - Instrument panel). Added better views. Added the high quality textures by Mario Gasparella. The Airbus A350 XWB is a family of long-range, twin-engine wide-body jet airliners from the European aircraft maker Airbus. The A350 is the first Airbus aircraft with both fuselage and wings made mainly from carbon fibre structure. The A350 is intended to replace the A340 and compete with Boeing's 787 and 777. Tested on P3Dv4 and should be ok in FSX and earlier P3D versions by Chris Evans.

"imp" means imperfect, as other mesh I have already processed is of areas that have very little vegetation cover - over the land, or has large urban areas. This "imp" mesh will include some slight discrepancies of altitude (in the case of forested areas - by a magnitude sometimes of +15 metres-depending on how tall the trees are, in the jungle or forest canopy) over urban areas, or areas with a lot of vegetation cover - due to the limitations of the ASTER satellites infra red scanning cameras, and the software used to process the DEM data. Areas where there is little vegetation cover, or non urban areas, the terrain should have truer values. But I feel this ASTER DEM data is so good - why let it all go to waste - especially flying over lovely Pacific islands? So you FSX users out there will have to take all this into account when using this mesh. Grateful thanks to ERSDAC, and NASA for making this data freely available to the public. Flying in the Andes during the 1920s and 30s was indeed as dangerous as bathing in a sea full of sharks. The sharks here were the Mountains, the changing weather, the hights and the lack of oxygen. Besides the pilots of the era were flying aircraft with rather small and not to powerful engines. This is a mission of the Air Mail Service in the southern tip of Chile around 1929.You will board your plane at Dawson Island where the Air Mail Reception Station 403 is located. All mail from Santiago, Chile and Buenos Aires, Argentina is received here for local delivery. You will feel the cold wind on your face and battle the hights like so many aviators did with glory and finally return in your small Vickers biplane to a good cup of hot chocolate and rest. Tomorrow you fly again.

Before the First World War, airships had been used as commercial airline carriers and for reconnaissance vehicles by the Army, no one had considered using them as bombers. Designed by Count Ferdinand Von Zeppelin, the airships were built from a rigid cigar shaped metal structure of circular frames connected by longitudinal beams. This made them strong enough to be fitted with engines and to carry a useful payload. There were steering fins at the rear and gondolas suspended below for the crew and engines. More crew compartments were inside the main frame as well as spaces for cargo and bags that contained the hydrogen gas for lift.
