FS2004 Cessna 185 Update. This file is an update to the CFG file of the Cessna 185 by J. R. LUCARINY (here). This update modifies the contact points of the main gear and tail wheel. Now the wheels are set at ground level instead of slightly underneath the ground as seen on the original aircraft. Also engine horsepower increased to 350hp and stall speed with flaps down is decreased to 45 knots. This may not sound like a realistic modification (and it isnt) but hey, its flightsim, so whatever. The plane now lifts off the ground at a more reasonable distance, just adjust the prop to 2400rpm at 500ft. no manifold pressure limit so go wide open until you run out of gas!. I use a Cessna 206 sound set but you can alias the default mooney sounds for a more realistic sound. Have fun with the Cessna 185. 184K

This is the second version of my previous CFS2 guns release. After it was posted, I've waited for comments and suggestions from users because nothing is perfect and it's always good to improve, since many heads are better than one. Some users kindly suggested to me to make all wave files stereo. Some original CFS2 guns were already mono so I thought beforehand it was not that important (the fifty cal. is mono in CFS2). But of course, if we have to do it, let's do it the best possible. I found it both challenging and exciting. So I did my homework and here they are !! the full stereo wave files !! Fokker DR1 Dreidecker No.425/17 was flown by Rittmeister Manfred Albrecht Freiherr von Richthofen on 21 April 1918 when he was Shot down and killed. The panel incorporates an actual picture of the control column used by the Red Baron. The engine BMP also incorporates an actual picture of the Oberursel UR.II Rotary Engine used in the actual plane. You have a choice of either a all red top surface or a red and white top surface. The red and white textures are already installed and there are backups for them.
