This scenery includes detailed terminal building, control tower, fire station, with very realistic textures, heliport, taxiway signs, parking, vehicles and much more. Uses many objects of the FSX's library. Also includes a detailed VFR scenery (with traffic roads), approximately 15 nm, around to the airport. LGSM Samos International Airport, Greece. The island of Samos lies in the Eastern Aegean and is a very popular tourist destination for flights from Berlin, Munich, Gatwick, Oslo, Copenhagen, Rome and many others. It is widely regarded as the most dangerous airport in Greece, mountaineous terrain requires a sharp right hand turn onto runway 09 and landings are invariably subject to strong turbulence. The airport has been designed to sit on the excellent photoreal scenery by Dimitris Ntaskas, which is available on Avsim and called 'samos_305814.zip'. It also uses many objects from my lgkf_kefallinia.zip scenery also available here. The scenery has been designed for and tested with DX9 and FSXA only, if used with the default terrain many objects will be misplaced. The scenery features a very detailed airport, repositioned according to satellite imagery and is based on real photographs. Full night lighting is included with washed lighting of the apron and carparks. The nearby town of Pythagorio has been modelled and includes some local landmarks. The YF17 was designed in the seventies as a prototye for a light weight fighter. Finally the F16 was choosen and only two prototypes were built. Original design by JR Lucariny. EDDM Munchen (Munich), Germany. This is a puristic, frame rate friendly scenery. Terminals have gate signs to show the number of the gate and ground painted taxiway signs for better orientation.

The Yakovlev Yak-38 was Soviet Naval Aviation's only operational VTOL strike fighter aircraft, in addition to being its first operational carrier-based fixed-wing aircraft. It was developed specifically for and served almost exclusively on the Kiev-class aircraft carriers. Update 2D Panel and Parameters by unknown. Original FS2002/2004 model by Kazunori Ito. No VC.

The Mig-37E was a Russian concept stealth fighter, designed as a counterpart to the American concept aircraft F-19 Stealth. Further detailed facts about this aircraft are unknown. This is an update of my earliar FSX update and features both an enhanced VC and 2D panel with more authentic gauges installed. Thanks to Kazunori Ito for the original model and to Philippe Wallaert for the annunciator gauge, new update by Michael Pook.
