FSX WACO ATO Taperwing NC 8576 Package

Another "what if" concept for the brilliant Golden Age Simulations WACO ATO Taperwing. It's cooked of the real WACO ATO registration and serial numbers (NC8576 and A-85, real story unknown), fictional livery and a a Wright R-975-E-1 Whirlpool engine simulation. With its 365 hp and IFR capabitity the plane is a good staff for air racing and traveling. To make the plane operations more realistic the aircraft file was edited to provide the engine with supercharging capability (as the real R-975 has) which makes you follow operating limits not to loose the engine. Apart the original model and basic texture the package also includes a brand new VC panel. The used sound is a default FS9 Trimotor sound pack. FSX views and weapon effects for the Russian, missile armed Ekranoplan by Alphasim, now Virtavia.com. This huge mixture from aircraft and speed boat is also known as "Caspian Sea Monster". My addon provides 5 internal and 6 external cameras plus smoke- and lightsystem with weapon effects. Configuration by Erwin Welker.

Modifying Cockpit Nighttime Lighting in FS2004 - an Illustrated Tutorial. This tutorial will show you how to easily modify the nighttime lighting of virtually any panel. Also included is a replacement set of panel icons which can be used to light the default panel icons at night also. No programming knowledge is required. The tutorial uses the default B737-400 as an example but the concept may be applied to any panel. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary location and follow the tutorial instructions. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

FSX/P3D >V4 Boeing 727-200 Southwest Airlines Package with VC. Southwest Airlines operated the Boeing 727-200 in it's early days between 1979 and 1987.
Boeing 727-200 model by TDS/ Tenkuu Developers Studio with Thomas Ruth 727 VC added. Includes utility for ground services, Passenger bus, cargo, stairs, refuelling truck etc (find it under - Views - Instrument panel - Util)
The wonderful native FSX Boeing 727-200 from TDS will be enjoyed by many more people who do not know how to install a VC into a FSX native model.
The VC includes working wipers, Honeywell FMC and more. See Panel manual for more info.
I have used the great realistic textures by Triadi Sudarmawan.
Model is not modified in any way. Thomas Ruth VC added and aircraft.cfg edited to allow correct VC views.
TDS wonderful native FSX Boeing 727-200 model. See panel docs to get the best out of the VC.
