FS2004 SIG Komander - Radio-controlled SIG Komander model aircraft. It was created with FSDS V2.2 for the FS2004. The Komander is not available anymore as a model aeroplane, but it was a popular model in its time. It has the long main landing gear on the wings, unique characteristic of shoulder wing aircraft. FS2004 Nazca Land Drawings, Peru, must be seen from the air. The site is located in a desert about 20 miles north-west of the Nazca airport, and it contains some 25 large-size figures, drawn on the ground many hundreds of years ago. From what I read, it is uncertain who made the lines, and no one knows why. Mistical theories abound, including that astronauts were somehow involved in the drawings. Fern Marques. 149K

FS2004, Maupiti airport, French Polynesia.....NTTP This is a whole new Maupiti. It contains the terminal, tower, helipad, boat docking area to get to the main island, and an afcad by Ray Smith, which makes the airport come alive at night with runway lighting, and blue marker lights around the tarmac. This island is often referred to as a mini version of Bora Bora, and it is just a short hop from there. It is the smallest airport in the Society Islands, and one of the smaller islands also. The airport is also located out on one of the motus, or coral reefs surrounding the island, and as with Bora Bora it is necessary to take a boat from the airport to the main island. FSX Piper Chrokee 140. Legacy (CHEROKEE.ZIP) by Rien Cornelissen for FS2000, (PA28_140.ZIP) by Ken Ettie for FS2002 and Daniel Mandato Alves's (PA28AACSP.ZIP) for FS2002 have all come alive once again, now in FSX. The Piper PA-28-140 "trainers" we all knew in the '70's and '80's flew well and were favorites, not usually seen now in FSX "freeware fleets." Along came Horst Paetzold's (HPCHEROK.ZIP) 2D panel and a perfect/completed set of pieces arrived, if only they were all in one pacakge? This PA28 Cherokee trainer package is a compiled set of those pieces and represent what I believe you might still find today on most airfield rentals, only now you can fly them in FSX.
