FS2004 Binh Thuy Airfield , Vietnam, 1970 Scenery. This 1970 version of my Binh Thuy Airfield scenery depicts the base after the US Navy's Task Force 116 established its headquarters there. In addition to a large fleet of river patrol boats, the Navy's riverine force at Binh Thuy included a detachment of helicopter gunships and a flight of OV-10A attack aircraft. NOTE: A few days ago, I posted a 1960s version of Binh Thuy AF. It depicts the base as it was prior to construction of the extensive naval facility. There is a modern airport (Tra Noc) at the same location in FS 2002. The airport code for Tra Noc is VVCT, whereas the code for Binh Thuy was VVBT. This scenery was designed for FS 2002 but it should work in FS 2004. George Knowles. 550K

This scenery includes the city of Louisville, Bowman Field and KSDF in detail and a few objects in Indiana. Most objects from previous Louisville versions are included and were completly redone in GMAX with many improvements made to them. This version was specifically designed to work with the previously issued Photoreal Terrain scenery, LouXP01, LouXP02, LouXP03, and LouXP04 and works well with the default mesh.
